1. Free Trial Period

PitchGen offers a 7-day free trial for new users with no credit card required:

  • Trial begins immediately upon registration
  • Full access to all features during the trial
  • No credit card required to start
  • Email notifications sent before trial expiration
  • Trial automatically ends without charge if you do not subscribe

2. Subscription Plans

PitchGen offers monthly subscription plans only. Subscriptions are billed in advance each month via Stripe.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard
  • By emailing support@pitchgen.io
  • By contacting our support team

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month. No partial-month refunds are issued.

4. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Because PitchGen offers a free trial with no credit card required, we encourage all users to evaluate the product during the trial period before subscribing. Once a billing cycle has been charged, that charge is final regardless of usage.

Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of:

  • Verified billing errors caused by PitchGen
  • Extended service outages that materially prevent use of the platform

To request an exception, contact support@pitchgen.io within 7 days of the charge in question.

5. Post-Cancellation Access

After cancellation:

  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle
  • You can export and download your data and reports before access ends
  • Your account will be set to inactive after the billing cycle ends
  • You may re-subscribe at any time to restore access

6. Data Retention After Cancellation

Regarding your data after cancellation:

  • We retain your account data for 30 days after the subscription ends
  • You can request complete data deletion at any time
  • Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
  • You can export your data at any time before or after cancellation

7. Reactivation

To reactivate your subscription, simply log in to your account and select a plan. Your previous data may be restored if it is within the 30-day retention window.
